Helpful Information for our Custom Embroidery Apparel Customers
Samples – Un-embroidered samples can be purchased for quality inspection or sizing purposes at the specified price in our catalog.
Minimum Order – There is no minimum order for most items. We do have a 6-piece minimum for caps, hats and applique. There is a 10-piece minimum for custom embroidered patches.
Forms of Payment – We accept major credit cards through PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary to use this form of payment. We accept personal and business checks, but a check must clear the bank before your order can be processed.
Thread Color-Matching – Please furnish us with a Pantone Matching System (PMS) number for each color of thread in your logo. Our thread manufacturer has matched their threads as closely as possible to many of the colors on the PMS color chart, but not all. If PMS color numbers are not furnished, we do our very best to match the colors we see on our computer monitor. Please note that all computer monitors do not show the same exact shades of colors.
Return Policy – We will replace any embroidered item that is defective at no charge. We do ask that you notify us of this within 14 days of receiving your order. We can not accept returns of embroidered items for any other reason, since they are customized especially for you.
Size Chart – There is a size chart link on every product in our catalog for your easy reference. You will find it on the individual page for each product.
Delivery – We try to accommodate delivery 7-10 days from final approval of your logo. If you need to put a RUSH on the processing and/or shipping of your custom embroidered logo apparel, we usually can get this done for you at an additional charge. We are an internet based company, therefore we ship all products.
Standard Lettering Fonts –

Size Guide for Group Buying – Sometimes there isn’t enough time to gather everyone’s sizes when you need to order shirts for a group event or mass handout to an intended audience. The charts below may be of help.
Men’s numbers are on the blue lines. Ladies’ numbers are on the pink lines. So, if you need 50 men’s shirts, you would order 1 Small (or 2% of the 50 shirts), 7 Medium (13%), 18 Large (36%), 18 X-Large (36%), 6 XX-Large (11%), 1 3-XL (1%), and 1 4-XL (1%). These sizes add up to 52 shirts because of rounding.
We hope this makes your job a little easier.
